Turn the calls you already take into a business

You know the rooms, the promoters and who actually answers. Lyve gives you the mandates, the agents, the contracting and the training — you keep your clients and your book.

How it works

Four steps to your first booked show

01

Apply online

Ten minutes. Who you are, where you work, what you book and which credentials you already hold.

02

Verification

We check identity, right to work and any licence or insurance the work needs in your territory. Hard gates, checked once and then re-checked against every booked date.

03

Onboarding & certification

Four weeks of applied training on the Brief, the authority model and show week, ending in the Authority & Gates assessment.

04

Your first Brief

You take live demand from the network with a mentor on the date, then run your own with Xavi and the nine specialists underneath you.

What's included

Everything except the part only you can do

  • ✓
The workspace. Briefs, supply directories, mandate status, show-week board and the network search.
  • ✓
Xavi and nine specialists. Discovery, Match, Booking, Experience, Production, Tour, Commerce, Operations, Concierge — on every Brief, no extra headcount.
  • ✓
Supply access. Mandated artists, held rooms, credentialed crews and negotiated vendor rate cards.
  • ✓
Lyve ENT. Contracts, deposits and payouts executed for you, with the three ledgers reported separately.
  • ✓
Training and certification. Live and on-demand modules, site visits, show-week shadowing.
  • ✓
Demand. Briefs from Lyve's own channels routed to advisors by territory, capacity and certification.
What Lyve does not do

We don't take your client, we don't hold your mandate, and we don't take a share of the artist's fee. We also don't make decisions for you: the offer, the terms, the announce, the gate call and the cancel are yours, by name, at every level.

The ladder

Three tiers, earned not bought

Tier controls the highest-consequence Brief Lyve will let you accept. It moves on delivered work, not on subscription.

Where everyone starts. Single shows, AI + Advisor service level, mentor available on your first three dates.

Unlocked by: certification passed, credentials verified
Tier 02

Lyve Pro

Multi-date runs and Managed Experience Briefs. Routed demand from Lyve's own channels, FAM visits and site inspections.

Unlocked by: 12 completed Briefs, 6 unique clients, 5 outcome write-backs, no missed on-date ownership
Tier 03

Practice

Invitation only. Lead a team of advisors, take embedded-team engagements, hold territory on behalf of Lyve.

Unlocked by: invitation, on sustained delivery and network contribution
Training

Four weeks, then ongoing

The curriculum is applied — you learn the Brief by running one. Full module list and your progress tracker live in Onboarding.

Week 1

The Brief

Capture, structure, the eleven fields, and why cost is checked last.

Week 2

Supply & mandates

Who can actually sign, credential matrices, rooms and draw bands.

Week 3

Offers & money

Terms, Lyve ENT, the three ledgers, and the five gates that stay human.

Week 4

Show week

Clock bands, on-date ownership, settlement and outcome write-back.

Questions before you apply

Do I need to be a licensed agent already?
No. You need the right to work and, in some territories, a licence or registration to accept a fee for booking talent. Where you don't hold one, you can still run Briefs — the licensed decisions route to an advisor who does, and your service level is capped until yours is in place. Which jurisdictions Lyve holds a seat in is confirmed at verification.
Do you take my clients?
No. Your clients stay yours, before and after the show. Lyve routes its own demand to advisors by territory, capacity and certification, and that is additional to your book, not a replacement for it.
How do I get paid?
You charge a coordination fee and retain 70% of it. Lyve ENT executes contracts, deposits and payouts, and the client, professional and artist ledgers are reported separately and never summed. Lyve's share comes out of your fee only — never the artist's.
What does the membership actually cover?
The workspace, Xavi and the nine specialist agents, supply access and mandate data, contracting and payouts through Lyve ENT, the full curriculum and certification, and professional indemnity cover under the Lyve policy. No booking minimums and no quotas.
Can I do this part-time?
Yes, and most advisors start that way. The constraint isn't hours, it's dates: from T-48h a Brief needs a named on-date owner, so what matters is how many dates a month you can genuinely own.
What if I have no credentials yet?
You can still apply and still join. Missing credentials cap the consequence class you may accept — no rigging, pyro, security or capacity-critical work — until they're verified. Certification expiry is checked against the booked date, not the date you upload it.
How long until my first show?
Onboarding is four weeks including the Authority & Gates assessment. Advisors who bring existing clients usually run their first Brief inside that window, with a mentor named on the date.
Is there a refund?
Yes — 14 days on your first term. Nothing is charged until your application is accepted and your credentials are verified.
